This COVID era thing? Project Lemons-to-Lemonade? It's just a walk in the park for me! haha.

To be honest, we're working really, really hard here at Spartan Spark. We make it look fun and easy, but Project Lemons-to-Lemonade is pretty complicated.

We've been interviewing business leaders in North America, asking them to share advice and tips to entrepreneurs who might be need some inspiration at this time. Check out a few of our interviews.

This is what it takes to make a project like this work.

  • Invest in a bunch of lighting and sound equipment
  • Send the entrepreneur info about the project
  • Get the entrepreneur's bio and info
  • Load all the info onto the Lemonade page to keep everyone informed
  • Get it proofed
  • Design a website page to feature the entrepreneur and host the video (honour the entrepreneur)
  • Schedule entrepreneur
  • Do my make-up & brush my hair
  • Interview entrepreneur
  • Edit the video to 10 min forLinked In
  • Edit a 2nd video because Twitter only takes 2.20 min
  • Send it off to a pro editor to make it look good — lighting, sound, transitions, etc
  • Get graphic designers to create intro slides
  • Add Sponsor Logos, intro slides, animation to video
  • Once we get the video back from the editor, load toYou Tube
  • Add full description toYou Tube
  • Get it proofed
  • Get graphic designer to design a thumbnail forYou Tube
  • LinkYou TubeVideo back to website
  • Graphic designers to create social media designs (and because each social media is different, each image has to be a different size — especially Instagram, it is such a pain!
  • Do a creative writeup for social media
  • Get it proofed
  • Post on all social media
  • Respond to comments
  • Create newsletter
  • Get it proofed
  • Send out newsletter
  • Help customers, hustle, eat, drink & meditate
  • Do it all over again the next day

Did I miss anything? ;)

So that's how simple it is!

Could it be easier and more simple? Sure, but then it wouldn't be as cool and then I wouldn't like it, and the team at Spartan Spark wouldn't be jazzed, so that doesn't work now, does it? ;)
